The convenience that is given to consumers in the form of the use of information technology in conducting transactions provides benefits. With this convenience, it still cannot increase the use of information technology in BPJS because there are still differences of opinion in the perception of the use risk. This study analyzes the problem using the PLS method to determine which variables that using information of technology are more influential .
