The convenience provided to consumers in the form of service in setting attractive prices, opening XYZ supermarket outlets in 24 hours and ease of non-cash payments. With that convenience, it still cannot improve customer satisfaction, because there are still differences in the price of products installed at the place of placement of goods with the prices of products listed at the checkout. This study analyzes the problem using the servqual method to see how far the difference between reality and customer expectations for the services they obtain.
