Abstract
Logistical problems are not only on humanresource competencies, but are very influential on the available infrastructure that must be used by human resiuces. this problem often occurs inaccurate tima in handling and distributing consumer requests such as promlems in the demand process, promlems in negotiations and purchases, delivery problems, promblems in the process of receiving and storing goods. the purpose of the research is how the relationhip competence of human resources with infrastructure toward the performance of logistics. data processing based on Structural Equesion Model. The results of the study have a positive effect on human Resource Competency and infrastructure on logistics Performance.
