This problem often occurs inaccurate time in handling and distributing consumer requests such as problems in the demand process, problems in negotiations and purchases, delivery problems, problems in the process of receiving and storing goods. The purpose of tehe research is how the relationhip competence of human resources with infrastructure toward the performance of logistics. Data processing based on Structural Equesion Model. The results of the study have a positive effect on Human Resource Competency and infrastructure on Logistics Performance
