Abstract
PT Dumai Bone Bersama (PT DBB) is a stock holding company engaged in urea fertilizer warehousing. Many competitors are engaged in the same field to make this company have to further improve its performance in competition. All process activities are carried out manually, PT DBB's human resources are very important that will determine the success or failure of a company. Heavy physical activity and a hot workspace, causing the physical burden on the pelvic laborers body increases. This of course has an effect on the workload of pelvic laborers who can be at risk of fatigue to workers. The heart rate method is used to calculate the value of the workload of pelvic laborers and the simple linear regression method is used to determine the effect between workload and environmental temperature. Heart rate is measured with a vulnerable time interval of 1 hour, namely at 8.00, 9.00, 10.00, 11.00, 12.00, 13.00, 14.00, 15.00 and 14.00 Based on the results and discussions that have been carried out, the conclusion that can be obtained is the environmental temperature of the workload of pelvic laborers at 13.00 there is a significant result which means it has a large influence between environmental temperature and workload, this is indicated by the t value greater than t table, i.e. 2,288> 1,860 (see appendix 26). While the working hours at 8.00, 9.00, 10.00, 11.00, 12.00, 14.00, 15.00 and 16.00 there is no significant effect between temperature and workload. This is because the results of calculations from SPSS for the calculated t value are smaller than t table 1,812 (see appendix 26).
